Wedding Coordination

You've spent months and months (or even years) planning the perfect wedding day that reflects you and your partner as a couple. Now, it's time to sit back, relax, and ENJOY the day you've worked so hard for. That's where we come in! While you're enjoying each other as a new couple, family, and friends, we're working behind the scenes with your vendors: photographers, caterer, florist, musicians/DJ, venue, etc. to ensure all your hard planning goes exactly the way you envisioned. We stay on top of your timeline for a smooth flow and make sure nothing gets missed throughout the day.


PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Before the Wedding day:

  • Consultation/on boarding call
  • Final meeting and walk-through of the venue to finalize set up, layout, details, and timeline
  • Create detailed timeline of your day
  • Share finalized timeline with venue and necessary vendors
  • Rehearsal at ceremony venue


Wedding day:

  • On-site contact for all vendors as they arrive and set up
  • Manage the flow of your wedding day based on the timeline
  • Answer questions from vendors and family members as they arise 
  • Distribute final payments or gratuities to vendors


At the ceremony:

  • Assist with floral set up throughout the venue
  • Set up decor items as needed
  • Meet wedding party as they arrive at the ceremony and ensure they're in the correct locations
  • Distribute florals to wedding party, parents, and family members as needed
  • Coordinate bridal party line up for processional & cue family and couples when to walk down the aisle
  • Cue musicians when to start and cue them when to switch songs
  • Transport small decor items from ceremony to reception location


At the reception:

  • Assist with vendor set up at the reception location
  • Set up small decor items as needed: favors, guest book, card box, cake serving items, escort cards, place cards, or seating charts, table names/numbers, menu cards, etc.
  • Communicate with vendors (band/DJ, photographer, videographer, caterer, etc.) to ensure timeline runs smoothly
  • Coordinate with photographer and videographer on "special events" during the wedding day (first dances, speeches, etc.) to ensure all the big moments are captured
  • Coordinate grand entrance and introductions, first dance, parent dances, prayer/blessing, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, etc. 
  • Collect wedding gifts/card box at the end of the evening and pass off to the designated person

Ceremony Coordination

Only need assistance during the ceremony? No problem, we’re there to help! There are so many moving parts in a short amount of time, we make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time. 


PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Before the Wedding day:

  • Consultation/on boarding call
  • Create detailed timeline of your ceremony from arrival, to “I do,” to a receiving line until you’re on your way to dancing and partying!
  • Share finalized timeline with venue and necessary vendors
  • Rehearsal at ceremony venue


Wedding day:

  • Assist with floral vendor and décor set up at the ceremony venue
  • On-site contact for all vendors as they arrive for set up 
  • Answer questions from vendors and family members; help direct family to seating areas
  • Meet wedding party as they arrive at the ceremony and ensure they're in the correct locations
  • Distribute florals to wedding party, parents, and family members as needed
  • Coordinate bridal party line up for processional & cue family and couples when to walk down the aisle
  • Cue musicians when to start and cue them when to switch songs

Reception Coordination

Got the ceremony covered, but want some coordination during the reception? We do that too! Sit back, relax, and ENJOY the day you've worked so hard for! While you're dancing your faces off and eating cake, we'll make sure we get every wedding ritual taken care of so you don’t have to stress, walk around the venue to find people for a perfect photo, or miss your favorite song on the dance floor! We coordinate with your vendors: photographers, caterer, florist, musicians/DJ, venue, etc. to ensure all your hard planning goes exactly the way you envisioned. We stay on top of your timeline for a smooth flow and make sure nothing gets missed.
